Healthwatch West Berkshire is holding a special Information Day all about Ageing Well in Your Golden Years. It’s happening on Wednesday the 4th of June at Theale Village Hall.
Come along for a relaxed and informative day. You’ll hear from experts, pick up helpful tips, and chat with friendly faces from Age UK Berkshire and Get Berkshire Active—all here to support you in living well, staying active, and feeling connected.
Plus, there’ll be complimentary refreshments, and plenty of time to ask questions and gather useful resources.
