Diwali is a festival of lights and one of the major festivals celebrated by Hindus, Jains, Sikhs. The festival usually lasts five days and lamps are lit all around the house.
Torch parades are held in the streets, with fireworks, and sweets and fruits are shared with relatives and friends.
